Here’s the story of Suzie’s life, from her obituary: “She was born on March 9th, 1945 in Fukuoka, Japan. She arrived with her mother in San Francisco in 1949 @ the age of four. Growing up in San Francisco, she then took a job for Harper Robinson, an import/export broker. There, she met her husband Ken. They married in 1968, living in San Francisco, where their daughter was born. A few years later they moved to Healdsburg, Ken’s hometown. Suzie worked in the wine industry for 30 years, retiring from Marietta Cellars in Geyserville.
